How To Mail Order

Step One Find the plants you wish to purchase.
Please refer to the various listings we have on other pages (also given links below). Or, if you need guidance, call us and we can assist you in your selections. Our plants are typically very large for their container size and are beautifully grown. Most of our customers comment on the great quality of our plants.

Step Two Contact us to place order/confirm availability.
If you know what you want, then call us. We usually ship within 24 hours of your call. You may contact us by email although this is not nearly as quick. During your call we'll get the information needed for purchase and shipping. We will confirm availability and pick you the largest and nicest plant available in the size you selected. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, personal checks (delays shipping) and money orders.

Step Three Preparing your order
After we hear from you, almost immediately your plants are prepared for shipping. If an Agriculture inspection is needed, that is arranged by us. Remember that some states require a Phytosanitary Permit issued by the Agriculture Department.

Step Four Your plants are shipped.
Typically we ship plants in their container. Most are in a dirt free potting mix. If needed, we can bare root plants as well. Plants are shipped via Federal Express presently. Your shipping charges are typically a box/preparation fee of $20 to $25 per box plus the actual shipping charges. You'll find that our plant and box preparation is second to no one in the nursery. Plants typically arrive in excellent condition. Large plants up to 15g size can sometimes be shipped by Fed Express. Or, we can utilize independent truckers if you wish large plants, always delivered right tyo your door.

	How To Mail Order Mail orders are possible to all states within the United States during the warmer months from March through November. If not too big, plants are shipped bia Federal Express. Larger plants can be shipped by independent truckers. Year round shipping is possible to warmer states. Presently we prefer customers call us to order because that way we educate you on best culture of what you are getting. We field calls during work hours and early evening Pacific Coast time. The best time to call is about 8:30 AM. We ship to all States including Florida and Hawaii but we do not ship internationally. Sorry.

Why we have a minimum order?

Simply put, because we offer a great product and the best service and delivery around. The staff that prepare your order are professionals. Every order gets special attention. We do not utilize the U.S. Postal Service with their unreliability and slow service. We only utilize Federal Express or DHL. Orders are quickly processed and prepared for shipping. We feel we do the best job around at packing our plants. Also, with our mail order you are paying the same price as someone who walks into the nursery. Our "bands" are usually bigger than other company's one gallons. So, why a minimum? Because such quality material and service by professional plant people doesn't come for free. We think people who select our plants want the best plants and the best service around. This is why we keep getting repeat business from our existing customers.
